Kürzlich erzählte mir mein Mann von einer kuriosen Begegnung: Jemand sprach ihn auf meinen Beruf als Treuhänderin an und meinte, in einer Welt voller automatisierter Buchhaltungssysteme und fortschreitender Digitalisierung sei mein Berufsbild bald überflüssig.
Dieser Kommentar hat mich zum Nachdenken angeregt.
Befinde ich mich angesichts der Technologieentwicklung am Rande der Ausrottung? Wird meine "Berufsspezies" demnächst im Museum ausgestellt?
Die Wahrheit ist: Mein Arbeitsalltag hat sich in den letzten Jahren dramatisch verändert. Die blosse Buchführung ist nur noch ein Bruchteil dessen, was ich tue. Ja, die Automatisierung hat meine Arbeitswelt erobert, aber statt mich zu verdrängen, hat sie mir Raum gegeben. Raum, um meine Kunden intensiver zu beraten, ihnen in komplexen Situationen beizustehen und massgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln.
